• All necessary documents such as visa documents, registration permits, visa permits, India visa extension, visa conversion, etc, will be sent on the registered email address and by post on the listed address mentioned on documents.
• Foreign citizens, don't need to visit FRRO/FRO offices. In case of specific conditions, they will be notified to visit the FRRO/FRO office. and For further information, foreign nationals can visit the FRRO/FRO office
• The photo should be in jpg format and size should not exceed 1MB
• A photo should represent Full face, front view, eyes open , center head within the frame, and present full head from the top of hair to the bottom of the chin
• The photo background should be plain light-colored or white background
• Bring the same photo along with the application form when asked for it.
• Upload Photo in passport size (3.5 x 3.5 cm or 3.5 x 4.5 cm)
• Do not use any modified and photoshopped photos. 

Also must give residence proof where you are currently staying, such as updated and  updated form 'c' generated by hotel/ lodge or registered/notarized lease deed or utility bill copy along with a copy of photo-id of the landlord with the declaration.
